This goal of this Conference is to help investors, companies and professionals understand and implement the principles of leadership and innovation. It will also delve into the skills required for multi-cultural markets and how to avoid the potential pitfalls.

Despite being born and raised in China, I face the learning curve when I do business with China regardless it is a start-up environment or in a Fortune 200 company. This cultural vertigo is similar to the experience of Chinese professionals or companies now in the U.S.
