Mr. Jia is a founder and CEO of Baynote, Inc., a recommendation software company since 2004. From 1997 to 2004, he was a SVP & founding CTO for Interwoven Inc. (NASDAQ: IWOV) with several executive responsibilities in engineering, product management, marketing, strategy, and technology vision. Prior to Interwoven, he was a founder and CEO of V-max America. Mr. Jia holds a number of technology patents. He is a director of board advisors for School of Engineering, Santa Clara University, California.

Mr. Jia hold a BSEE & MSCS from Beijing Jiao-Tong University, a MSEE from Polytechnic University of New York, and a MBA from Santa Clara University.
