Bobby Beaver , Co-Founder & Vice President of Technology. Bobby Beaver is a Zazzle co-founder and vice president of technology. Bobby conceived the idea and model for Zazzle, together with his brother Jeff and his father Robert Beaver, while still a student at Stanford University. Working jointly with his brother Jeff, Bobby engineered the entire Zazzle website which first launched in 2003. He is responsible for all of Zazzle's software and hardware architecture and implementation and has played a key role in developing Zazzle's manufacturing technologies and fulfillment processes. Feng Deng, Founding Managing Director, Northern Light Venture Capital.
Feng co-founded Northern Light Venture Capital in 2005, a China focused fund. He has more than fifteen years of technical and managerial experience in the computer, communication and data networking industries. In 1997, Feng co-founded NetScreen Technologies, which has become one of the world's leading network security equipment vendors. NetScreen went public on NASDAQ in 2001 and was acquired by Juniper Networks in 2004 for $4 billion. John (Zhonghan) Deng
, the member in standing committee of the Chinese Association of Science and Technology, the member in standing committee of All-China Youth Federation, Chief Executive of the "China Starlight Chip Project", Chairman and Chief Scientist of Vimicro Corporation (NASDAQ:VIMC), the largest multimedia semiconductor technology company in China.
Since Dr. Deng returned to China from Silicon Valley, he has been the Chief Executive of the "China Starlight Chip Project", and actively involved in developing China semiconductor industry. He co-founded Vimicro in 1999, and developed the first successful China Chip - the Starlight Multimedia Series. On November 15, 2005, Vimicro was listed on NASDAQ stock exchange in the United States as the China's first NASDAQ public semiconductor company.

Aileen Lee joined Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers in 1999. Her primary areas of investment are in consumer and internet technologies, wireless services, and energy and environmental technologies. Mostly recently she was the CEO and Founder of Protego Netoworks, Inc. till the acquisition of the company by Cisco in 2005. Hurst Lin, as a general partner in DCM's Beijing-based Asia practice, brings a wealth of business and cultural insight to DCM, and co-leads the firm's efforts to expand its investment opportunities throughout Asia . A co-founder of China's largest online portal, Hurst has a history of successfully acquiring Chinese IT start-ups, operating and taking a company public, and then building it into a billion-dollar business.
Prior to joining DCM, Hurst was chief operating officer of SINA Corporation (Nasdaq: SINA ), the first Chinese Internet company to successfully list on the Nasdaq. He co-founded Sina.com's precursor company, SinaNet, in 1995, and later shepherded the company through a $78-million IPO and the ensuing dot-com decline to eventually create a billion-dollar operation. Peter Meyers. As a founder and principal of The Meyer Group, Peter Meyer brings a strong management and general management background to any keynote or talk. AnnaLee Saxenian , is Dean and Professor in the U.C. Berkeley School of Information and Professor in the Department of City and Regional Planning. She is an internationally recognized expert on the social and institutional foundations of economic development, and she has written extensively on Silicon Valley and other technology regions around the world.

Weijia (Victor) Wang
co-founded Mtone Wireless (formerly GWcom Inc.) in 1994 in Silicon Valley and is the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He holds Ph.D. of Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Mtone Wireless developed the world-first mobile stock-trading infrastructure in Silicon Valley and commercially deployed in Shanghai in 1997. Mtone Wireless pioneered the mobile Internet industry in China by providing the first mobile-phone information and content services nationwide in China since 1999.
Dr. Wang joined Pacific Bell in California as Technology Consultant during 1987-1989, where he initiated the first broadband network project of Pacific Bell. He worked at Cellular Data Inc. during 1989-1991 as a chief architect leading the radio system and wireless IP network architecture design. From 1991-1994 he worked at Interval Research Corp. as a Senior Research Staff, holding 6 U.S. patents in multimedia mobile communications.

, VP of Engineering & Research, eBay Fellow. Jack Xu was named an eBay Fellow after serving as the company's vice president of software development. In that role he led development of the company's overall search and listing infrastructure. Jack is currently eBay's VP of Engineering & Research where he is responsible for all aspects of the company's research activities, as well as product development in the areas of search, listing, catalog, classifications, attributes and data tools. He is also the founding Chairman of eBay's first global engineering center outside the U.S.
Prior to joining eBay in 2002, Jack was the Chief Technology Officer at Netease (Nasdaq: NTES) where he was responsible for Netease's technology, operations, marketing, research and product development. Before that, Jack was the director of core technology at Excite, one of the first Internet search engines, launched in 1995.
Jack is an author of a numerous research papers. While working towards his PhD, Jack was a senior researcher at the University of California at Berkeley.

Nick Yang
, President, CTO, and Co-Founder, Kongzhong Corporation. He founded ChinaRen with two other friends and became CTO of the company. In 2000, ChinaRen was sold to Sohu.com. Mr. Yang served as vice president of technology and chief technology officer of Sohu.com Inc. In March 2002, he quitted Sohu and co-founded Kongzhong Corporation, where he serves as President of the company. On July 9, 2004, Kongzhong was listed on Nasdaq (KONG). Mr. Yang holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.

Xin Ye, CEO Ydon.cn, a mobile search firm for users to look for Ringtones, games,m-books and other entertainment services. The company also develops local search services for dining, traveling, apartment rental and other services, and contents generated with its WAP search engines. Xin was previously SVP/CTO of Linktone. Prior to that, he was founding CTO of Sohu. He has been CTO of Censoft, Microsoft's first JV in China. Before coming back to China, Xin had 12 years experience in Silicon Valley with Tibco and Marimba. Xin has a MS from Marquette University in Wisconsin, and BS from Tsinghua University in China.

Kyung Yoon is Vice Chairman of Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. and a member of the Office of the Chairmen, which directs the firm’s Board of Directors, CEO and other marquee search assignments on a worldwide basis. One of her functions is to act as a bridge between the United States and Asia Pacific.
Since joining the firm in 1994 in Menlo Park, California, Kyung has been one of the key drivers in Heidrick & Struggles’ Asia Pacific expansion. She served as Area Managing Partner, North Asia, with management responsibility for the Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Taipei, Shanghai and Seoul offices and spent five years in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Kyung was President of Benten Investments, Inc. Previously, she was President of Pacific Union Asset Management and Vice President of Dillingham Development Company. Kyung started her career with Banque National de Paris.
Kyung obtained a bachelor's degree in economics and French from Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland, and holds an MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago.

Lili Zheng, a Partner at Deloitte & Touche.
Lili has more than 17 years of experience in international tax and business consulting services for inbound and outbound investments. Her work experience includes development of strategies to manage worldwide effective tax rates, cross-border international mergers and acquisitions; corporate restructuring; etc. Lili also has extensive knowledge in IPO positioning, establishing offshore IP holding companies, implementing cost-sharing arrangements, and advising on entry and exit strategies for cross-border investments.
As a leader in the Chinese Services Group, Lili travels frequently to Asia and is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. She is also a frequent speaker in Atlas, the Council for International Tax Education (CITE), Financial Executives International (FEI), Tax Executives Institute (TEI) and the Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA). She was voted by International Tax Review as one of the top US tax advisors in 2002-2003. In 2004 Lili was awarded AWIB Leadership award by Asian Women In business. Lili is also the D&T liaison for business transactions with Greater China and had previously worked in our Tokyo and Beijing offices. She is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
Lili hold a B.S in Accounting and Finance from UC Berkeley and a M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
